Yesterday I browsing over at
down---to---earth and Rhonda Jean posted about home cooking , with a Recipe for ----
a tomato and caramelised onion tart. It looked really yummy and easy, so I decided to try it for tonights Dinner. I used Pilsbury Pie Crust and followed the recipe exactly as she had it laid out. It turned out great and was VERY easy to make.

There must be something in the air. I made quiche on Thursday night. Not as creative as yours - mine was swiss & cheddar cheese, bacon and chives. I used Pillsbury pie crust, though. Yours looks very, very good and I want some...I think I may have to give that recipe a try.
mmmhmm I LOVE quiche. I should make some.
Mmmm, that looks delicious. :- )
