Everything worked out with the Realtor who was selling it..I guess he decided it was better to pay the fees himself and have a sure sale by the 13th....
Sometime today CDR will be meeting with the Realtors and Lawyers...and signing Closing Agreements!!! Hopefully he can move in tonight and get RIGHT to work on the Renovations..LOL
I have no idea when I'll be able to move up. I'm thinking I might be stuck here for another month or so. This week has been busy with the Drama Teen home for Spring break. We've been having fun shopping and eating..LOL. I'll try to post some pics later..
Next week, after taking Drama Teen back up to JMU, I'll be heading down to Florida with the Co-ed so she can move in with her boyfriend. He's stationed in Pensacloa. We'll stop and visit my brother along the way, drop her stuff off in Pensacola, swing by Biloxi to see my mom, and then I'll drop Co-ed off in Pensacola. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing. I will miss my Co-ed and I'm not overly thrilled at the 'living together" thing...but she's 21 , and needs to live her own life.

And I understand what you're saying about Coed... I've seen my sisters as they've had their kids leave home... You can tell them your opinion, but it's really their choice once they are of age. I'm glad you're being there for her even though you don't agree with her decision... She will need her family again one day!
