A Blipp In Our Plans......

It seems the purchase of our new home might be a little 'up in the air" now. Seems the bank we were acquiring our loan from didn't think an appraisal was needed, so one was never scheduled...apparently though, an appraisal IS necessary, but now it can't be arranged before our closing date of the 10th. The Realtor who owns the house is now upset, because he needs to close on the 10th to avoid paying extra fees associated with owning the house. He wants US to pay those fees. We are not willing to do so, so the deal may fall thru. I don't know I'm hoping he will go thru with the sale and just eat the extra cost. Either way he'll have to pay those fees , so we think he'll probably come around and go thru with the sale anyway. Hopefully. If it works out we can hopefully close on the 13th.
